Who we are
Seimo LLC operates seimo.ai. For anything in this notice, write to admin@seimo.ai.

What we collect
Only what you give us through the contact form: your first and last name, your email address, your company if you choose to give it, the interest you select, and your comment. Nothing on this site asks for anything else.

What we do not collect
This site runs no analytics and no advertising, and sets no tracking cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is your light-or-dark preference, on your own device, if you use the theme switch. We never see it.

Why we use it
To reply to your message and to understand what you asked for. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Who handles it on our behalf
Three service providers process data so the site can work. Cloudflare serves the site, protects the form against bots with its Turnstile check, and keeps ordinary server logs, which include your IP address and browser type. Resend delivers the form's message to our mailbox. Our email provider stores that message. Each of them acts under its own privacy terms and on our instructions.

How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted, unless an engagement follows, in which case the engagement letter governs. Server logs at Cloudflare are kept by Cloudflare for its standard short period.

Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@seimo.ai from the address you used and we will act within thirty days. You can also simply not use the form and email us directly instead.

Transfers
Cloudflare and Resend operate globally, so your message may be processed outside your country. They apply standard safeguards for that. If this matters for you, email us directly instead of using the form.

Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not lower the protection described here without saying so on this page.
